Kundalini Yoga Classes

Class Options:
For all classes you will need a mat, a cushion, a blanket or towel. Feel free to keep a glass of water nearby too to stay hydrated.

Option 1: Beginner Friendly Kundalini Group Classes - 75 minutes
When: Every Thursday at 10:00 BST I host beginner friendly 75 minute Kundalini Yoga classes.
Time: 10:00 - 11:15 BST
Format: Each class has a theme and we practice a Krya (a sequence), which includes tuning in, warm ups, breathwork, asanas, savasana and meditation. We use sound healing, in the form of sound bowls and our voices therefore there is likely to be chanting. But don't let that put you off! If you are not comfortable with chanting, listening is just as healing and beneficial.

Don't worry if you can't make the live class, you can watch the replay and practice at a time that is convenient for you. The replay is available for 7 days.

Option 2: Beginner Friendly Kundalini Group Classes - Lunchtime Energisers - 30 minutes
Date: Every Wednesday
Time: 13:00 - 13:30 BST
