Today's theme is Forgiveness.
To forgive is to set yourself free, from moments in your past. This allows us to step into the present moment, to grow and develop, without being attached to the past.
If we hold onto, or attach ourselves to the energy of what has happened, we remain stuck in the past. We could call these our hauntings or ghosts. They are familiar feelings, so sometimes unconsciously we choose to hold on to them. Be curious and ask yourself if you are holding onto something from your past? Is it a familiar pattern? Does it feel risky to let go of it? Does it feel like a safety blanket? What would you do without holding onto that grudge? Imagine what you could do now that you have that energy back.
