I put this short booklet together during lockdown for my own children, with the help of my children. I shared it with a few friends, but then thought, why not share it with everyone!
Mindfulness and meditation can help children to reduce anxiety, regulate their emotions and bring them a sense of calm. As Covid-19 times has been challenging for many, I wanted to create something that supports the mental health of our children in an easy, fun and safe way.
