Sama Vritti, known as box breathing, is one of the easiest, yet most effective techniques, used by the ancient yogis but also by navy seals, athletes and stage performers. It helps improve mental clarity, concentration, strengthens the immune system, improves lung capacity as well as reducing anxiety and stress.
These pranayama techniques are short, easy and can be done anytime, anywhere and whenever you need and you definitely don’t have to be a meditation expert or a yogi to do them!
